Ordering Information 
When placing an order we ask for your name, mailing address, email address, and credit card information. This information is used to process and fulfill your order, send you a receipt, and inform you of your order status.
 
Order Acceptance
Bajan Gourmet Spice Co, Inc  reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline that order for any reason and to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or the credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, Bajan Gourmet Spice Co, Inc  will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
 
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Bajan Gourmet Spices Co Inc, pass to you upon our delivery to a shipping carrier.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2:00pm PST Mon-Fri are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Some products however, require 5-10 business days.

Our primary domestic carriers are UPS and USPS Priority Mail. The choice of carrier depends upon the size of the shipment. Our primary international carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any packages shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Typical USPS transit times are as follows:
Domestic Orders: 2-7 days (Priority Mail)
Alaska, Hawaii or Canadian Orders: 4-10 days
International Orders: 7 days to 3 weeks depending on country destination.

International Shipping Fees
International shipping fees are calculated based on total product weight. If the amount estimated on the site is different than the what it will actually cost to ship, we will contact you to confirm the new amount before your order ships and before your credit card is charged.

Refunds
Refunds will be promptly credited back to your credit card. In the event you ordered by check, a credit will be issued against future purchases. All return orders must be approved and returned with an RMA, (return merchandise authorization) number obtained by emailing customerservice@bajangourmetspices.com with an explanation of why you wish to return the item. You should receive a response within 2 business days. 

We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.

Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
 
You may return any unopened item for a refund - for any reason - within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. If you feel a product is defective, or choose to return an unopened item please email customerservice@bajangourmetspices.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to sending the shipment back. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the shipment.

Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the bajangourmetspices.com website. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed unless the return was a result of our error or a product defect.
